      •Free food •Flexible schedule •Easy to pick up hours

      Cons

      •Free food but sometimes you eat leftovers •Busy and tiring shifts •No one will address your complaint •There are unfair distributions of work. Sometimes you get 35 people to serve during lunch while others only get 25.

      Thank you for your feedback. We take pride in providing our employees with a meal while they are on shift. In order to facilitate compliments and/or complaints, Delmanor deploys a company wide pulse survey every 2 weeks, allowing our employees to provide their opinions and ideas either by name or anonymously. You should be receiving this survey, however if you are not, please let us know. We are happy to hear you enjoy a flexible schedule!

      Pros

      Great culture! Small company but nice perks like a summer and Christmas party for all team members. Only wish they were a bit bigger so there were more chances for a promotion. My General Manager is fabulous...very caring!

      Cons

      Not as much chance for advancement but for me I'd rather work for a smaller company...more of a voice and the company is open to my suggestions.
