      No two days are the same, there is always something new to learn and new challenges. Opportunities to grow are abundant for motivated individuals. Work-life balance has improved.

      Cons

      Pay doesn't always feel like it's fair for the amount of work. Benefits coverage isn't great, even at the highest tiers.
