Poor leadership. The CHRO is not progressive which impacts the broader function’s vision and priorities. I feel that with the introduction of AI, and the fact that the P&C function is very operational / traditional (without a desire to be progressive / strategic) that they’ll fall behind and that their skills will be made redundant which is why I left.
