Pay and Benefits are market-leading. Work is varied and interesting - new clients every 6 months or so has been my experience. Tons of resources to support staff.
Cons
Expectations for staff are to work 45 - 50 hours per week or more. 40 billable and then more on top to contribute internally. Networking plays a key role in career trajectory. Know what you are signing up for.
