Pros
Name is nice to have your resume, but it's pretty cut throat unless you are a DEI candidate. They are very big on DEI and liberal ideals except when it may effect their pocket book. Good place to get experience and then get out while you can.
Cons
Benefits are being cut left and right and without those it's no longer a 'great place to work'.
