      Good pay, good variation of work, surrounded by brilliant minds. Reasonable work life balance, rarely work too late

      Cons

      Zero culture, endless business development and a life lived in powerpoint. Lots of talk about DEI but when someone looks and thinks differently they're rapidly spat out by the system
