Plenty of opportunity across different projects and exposure to different technologies. It is truly a place where you can learn a lot in a short period of time.
Cons
Burn out will likely happen due to firm initiatives. Supporting a firm initiative is nearly the same as having a part-time job minus additional pay. The time spent on a firm initiative is better off spent on personal growth.
