Your life can become hell if you are under the wrong Partner, and the company can’t do or chooses not to do anything about it. I and my other colleagues face bullying, gaslighting, mental harassment by this Director, and nothing has been done about it. Other talented people have left. Micromanagement and policing is an everyday thing in the name of “teaching”. Mental anguish is an everyday thing. Partner turns a blind eye and also justifies this behaviour of Director. The worst is no one can speak up because one colleague spoke up before leaving and he had a very painful notice period. They tarnished his reputation deliberately.
