      - Get to work with big clients like country's top companies

      Cons

      - Not sure if it's just my region, but we didn't really get to do design works. I got to do only 20%, and 80% is other consulting works (I get to do mainly on business / core consulting)

      Access to top-tier audit clients Lots of resources Lots of supports if having the right networks of PMD

      Cons

      Brutal hours during peak season Lack of continuity from junior staff levels although slowly improving (not by much)
