Pros
The culture at Delphia was by far the best of any company I've worked for, by a long shot. There is great emphasis on not over-working, taking care of yourself, taking days off when needed, and this (counterintuitively) helped me feel motivated to be the most productive I've ever been at a company. Interesting work, there's always some new project, new shiny tech to try. My coworkers were funny. Lots of coworkers were musicians on the side, so if that's a hobby you're into you'd be right at home. Offsites were fun.
Cons
Product direction was all over the place. It seemed like Delphia to throw a lot of things against the wall to see if they stick. Even when the C-suite communicated that they would try to tighten Delphia's focus, they'd then announce a shiny new prototype.
