Terminated without cause - On Call Delpro Employee Review

I was surprised to be terminated. There is no job security. I was a full time employee for Delpro and they contracted me to Canadian Natural. The way they terminated me without cause or warning was traumatizing and has resulted in my needing counselling for PTSD. Do not work for CNRL or Delpro, they are toxic work environments, no pun intended. Supervisors are appointed to friends and promotion is not the result of time served. My supervisor was grossly under qualified for the job, he was a racist and a bully.
