If you’re a Caucasian woman that fits their boutique style culture you will be placed at a top tier employer.

If you’re a person of color or of Hispanic descent, you will more than likely be placed on the back burner until they have something mediocre to offer you. It seems like all the higher earning jobs are reserved for their hand selected “boutique style” group of women.
