      Their focus on diversity has allowed the company to grow and their teams to perform at a higher level. The company is very focused on personal and professional development. They have shortened the professional review cycle from 12 months to 3 months. This allows for feedback sooner and the opportunity to improve or get back on track in a shorter amount of time. They have great personal fitness incentives that motivate employees and create communities and comradery. The vast majority of their products are made in the US.

      Some of their locations may not be close to where you are. But they are worth the commute.

      None, really. Delta Faucet is SO much better than my previous employer that it's hard to find fault.
