Micromanagement, leadership will literally stand there with their arms crossed while your team is short-staffed and not offer any help. Some of these "team-leaders" are overdue for retirement. You can tell they are just coasting by until they decide to retire. It is very demoralizing. Extremely hot in the summer, a sweatshop basically. Their idea of showing employee appreciation is to allow employees to have "spirit week" where employees dress according to whatever theme they have decided; yes just like we used to do in school. They can't keep an accurate record of their employees attendance, if you want to work here I suggest you keep your own records. Seems to me they want the department of labor to get involved, maybe they can help.
