Small company, still has a lot of potential (as a company), family-owned, low turnover, racially diverse, many professional women
Cons
Small company, few opportunities for movement within the company, salaries could be higher, technologically conservative, severe gender imbalance, need for more young employees, only 16 days of PTO. Training is disorganized and impromptu.
