Pros

It is work from home. Overall, I would recommend this ONLY if it's a job to tide you over while looking for something else.

Cons

I can say this job has been one of the worst I've ever had to work. The company culture is toxic. The first red flag was that they misscheduled my training so I only got 2 days out of what was supposed to be 3 weeks of training (the person meant to be training me was scheduled on vacation and they didn't even know that until I confronted them later), the next red flag was when my computer stopped working on Friday and it took until lunch on Wednesday to get a new computer to me and it was implied I wouldn't be paid for that time (Iwas after talking to payroll). Super disorganized. They flipped-flopped constantly between saying I was doing great and then, just a few days later, say that I was doing horribly and would constantly bring up a mistake that took a few minutes to fix over and over again without accepting any apology. They said I'd be learning for a year but continued to berate me even over small mistakes. I never did get more than 2 weeks of training.

Pros

Biggest pro for me is the majority of friendly, helpful, and kind co-workers. No one makes you feel dumb for asking questions that may seem obvious to others.

Cons

Only "con" I can think of is making sure the Team Leads are all on the same page about how to label/flag facilities on files when completing canvasses.

Pros

This Company provides decent pay but its not worth the stress.

Cons

- Benefits are to expensive. - Management sets unrealistic goals and deliverables for their employees. - Work life balance does not exist with this company. (expect long hours and be available 24/7.) - Quality of work is expected at lower levels while allowing higher ups to make false promises to clients. Then the lower tier gets in trouble when those promises aren't met. - Mass confusion, no one seems to be on the same page when it comes to SOP's. - All employees that are not managers are treated as expendable and they will go out of their way to let you know / feel that. - Posting incorrect job titles for the wrong roles.
