Pros

Before its acquisition by FTI, the company had USPs that made it stand out in the market. The opportunity to work with some talented individuals was a positive aspect of my time there.

Cons

Unfortunately, my experience at the company was overshadowed by a significantly challenging work culture, which ultimately led to my decision to leave without another job lined up. The work hours were excessively long, significantly impacting work-life balance. Additionally, there was a palpable lack of respect from management towards employees, which created a demoralizing work environment. The acquisition by FTI seemed to exacerbate existing issues rather than improve them. Following the acquisition, a noticeable number of colleagues left the firm, further diminishing the unique aspects that once made the company an attractive place to work. This turnover also seemed to erode the company's USPs, leaving little to differentiate it from competitors.

Pros

1. Delta redefined what Good Looks Likes to me. At Delta, I met some of the best consulting minds I have met in my career. Delta really pushes the thinking, more so than other companies. Delta take on some really challenging business projects. They are the best I have seen at data analytics. 2. Delta pay very well and are happy to pay large performance bonuses for those who deliver to a high bar. And, the bar is high.

Cons

We all worked very hard. The work was very rewarding, but there was a lot to get done and quality expectations were high. Don't go there if you are looking to cruise in your career, it's not going to happen. They have roots in Middle East consulting, which is a region known for its long hours of work for management consultants. This is a feature, not a bug
