      no.1 company at present time to provide service and power systems in telecoms sector, launch new systems and projects to update in the market

      Cons

      short staff, monthly billing problem, large volume of customers to attend at same date and time with the launch of new systems and projects company does not increase staff to manage the project.

      - Good Learning Opportunities. - Dynamic Environment. - Easy to reach Management. - New opportunities are coming & hence enjoying the work even after many years. -

      Cons

      - Lack of Quality functional heads. - self made leaders. - Lack of opportunities for others as self leaders hold position tightly. - Keeping position for long is not bad but lack of innovation & believe in Jugaad technology. - Not their own thought process. Do what ever their bosses told.
