      Pros

      Great company culture. It’s small enough to feel like you’re part of a family but large enough to be surrounded by so many people who are experts in their respective fields. work life balance usually depends on client/project, but for the most part a decent work-life balance can be maintained.

      Cons

      health insurance is just OK. not as great of a benefit/deductible balance as my previous health insurance.

Our Account Managers and Site Leads conduct regular scheduled check-ins to make sure projects are the right fit and provide solutions for any concerns. We do offer competitive health insurance polices and always investigate to find the best options each year. We are a growing company and our cross-functional communication between the Operations team, Site Leads, Project Managers, and Engineers allows us to develop robust and clear policies for everything from the Annual Review Program to our Timesheet tracking policy. We have also created a monthly Company newsletter which includes everything from upcoming announcements on any policy changes to employee birthdays and industry events.       Pros

      Wonderful people, great CEO/founding team, cheerful and welcoming culture, flexible policies, good project availability.

      Cons

      Not a rigid company with standardized procedures. A new employee may take some time to be oriented. Without personal drive/effort to stay in touch with the company (great slack channel however), one can easily fall into a day in day out attitude and feel isolated. No longer a company.

      Pros

      Delta PM is very a very flexible company that has its pulse on the current industry trends. Very flexible for work assignments and work/life balance. Very nice perk of being paid while in between assignments to retain talent (worked on internal items and procedures in interim) so that I didn't have to scramble to find a new employer right away to pay bills. Relieves stress to know this is a part of their culture. Was placed on another project in a short time period. Very loyal to employees that makes them want to stay. Very competitive salary and benefits. Very active in industry organizations. Open door culture to upper management and all employees are eager to learn/help as I have seen.

      Cons

      None so far that I have seen.

      Thank you so much for your review! The nature of consulting does mean you may switch projects with gaps from time to time, but we strive to ensure employees feel supported at all times.
