I have been employed with Delta Technical Solutions for almost 8 years now and I LOVE my job. One great thing I like about working here is the bosses really understand that there needs to be a good balance between your personal life and work life. They are SUPER flexible when it comes to your schedule-if you need to leave work early for anything, they are very accommodating and understanding. I've read some of the ridiculous reviews from previous people-which couldn't be more untrue. People complaining about not being able to show up late to work? I don't know any company that likes their employees to be late. Complaining about "having to work on Saturdays?" You are not DEMANDED to work on Saturdays-emails are sent out asking if anyone would LIKE to work on Saturday, and employees have the option to come in or not come in (and won't be penalized if they don't). And if they do decide to come in...pizza or other types of lunch are provided as a thanks for putting in extra hours. Another great thing about Delta Technical Solutions is that a lot of the co-workers get along so well, they usually hang out together outside of office hours. Delta Technical Solutions has great company outings and they always have one AMAZING Christmas party every year. Complaints about "lots of turnover"-might be coming from people that start the job and then realize quickly it's just not for them; but that has nothing to do with the management. As someone who has been with the company for almost as long as they have been in business I think I can give an accurate statement to what kind of company Delta Technical Solutions is and what kind of people work here. Great company, Great people, Great atmosphere.
Cons
The office gets really cold in the summer because the A/C is on full blast. I suggest keeping a parka or blanket at your desk. Also, the coffee is pretty bad, I would like it if we had flavored coffee instead of the gross Folgers and Kirkland brand we currently use.
