      Pros

      Delta Trading Company is good because I feel like I help people that no-one else helps. Working for the Dr. Vance Cast makes me feel good because I am helping people, and making money in job that I would have neve gotten if it wasn’t for everyone's understanding and patience with me. I am the Chinese representative. I have some many things I can do now.

      Cons

      The company needs more staff after the virus 2019.

      Pros

      Teamwork, Fulfillment, and Results. That is what I have found. Tremendous support, the desire to serve, and get results for our members. Truly a blessing.

      Cons

      If you don't like serving others, and sacrificing your personal time to get results, commitment and dedication to find the optimal path for folks considering joining, you may not like it here. I love serving and choosing my own schedule to serve. Also, if you must have a W-2 position, that may be a drawback for you.
