- Very toxic environment , rumour spreads by manager - Salary not following current market trend - Replacing absent co workers is “helping a friend out” - Bias manager ( if you dont laugh at his jokes he doesnt like you ) - No worklife balance, they will contact you outside of working hours - Doing work outside your job scope - Manager likes to threaten your salary and kpi - Workload is insane for the amount of people we have right now - Worker to client ratio is not enough , they just desperately need clients because the investors are asking. - Tries to push “were a family” company which is a major 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩
