Good atmosphere, good bosses and coworkers

DeltaTrak genuinely values innovation, customer satisfaction and employee development. The leadership team is always there to help and mentor in unique ways that maybe you would not have thought of. Also, the owner has an open door policy so your voice really does matter here. You can suggest and collaborate new ideas, personally, I have experienced this first hand with the owner and management. The teamwork on my team and with others is unlike any experience at other companies I have worked at. We are all willing to help each other succeed.

It is a FAST paced environment, which may not be a fit for everyone. But if you are self motivated and a forward thinker this is the place for you to thrive. The sky is the limit from what I have seen on my team and other departments.
