No cons at all, great time had.

Flexible working time not location. Work balance is ok.

1. Hierarchy is overly emphasized by senior management 2. Employees are often expected to take on multiple tasks without extra pay 3. Limited opportunities for personal career growth 4. The perceived lack of empathy from senior management. There seems to be a lack of mutual respect between senior management members from different departments. Junior employees in one department may find themselves treated with less respect and consideration by their peers in other departments.
