A lot. They don't have any job timing whatsoever. Yoir manager will suddenly ask you to wake up at 7 am and priorities their work over your morning walk and health. The work load was so much. The Job timing was on avg 8 am - 10/11 pm. Yes. It was horrible. They usually gave the boring jobs to the Freshers on top of it and completely unpaid them. Much lesser than a construction worker! And thats not even a joke. Although the managers are approachable. They give solutions that aren't so helpful. You can also be thrown under the bus. The only time I got the breaks was when I ate. The weekends were said to be holidays but well, they made me work almost every Saturday and taking training classes on Sunday. You might end up with No life here
