1.Pay is less as most of the pay goes into yearly bonus. 2.NO benefits or perks. 3.Extra long working hours , 10 hours is the lowest you can think of. 4.Holidays are very less, this year it's just 9 days. 5.Very steep learning curve, they expect you to be more than good in a tech in just 1 week of learning. 6.Absolute trash for freshers. 7.Offer letter is quite ambiguous so that company can twist the terms according to their favour as needed.
