      If you don't mind hearing "it is what it is" from your Management, and don't mind rummaging through an exploited territory full of Customers that dislike Deltek for horrible suport, price gouging and general incompetence, then Deltek is the place for you.

      Good culture and supportive coworkers One thing that stands out is that employees repeatedly talk about the people being collaborative and easy to work with. For CSM teams especially, there are comments about low internal drama and strong teamwork.
