Deltek offers good career opportunities, excellent benefits (including a yearly bonus and solid health benefits), and flexible working. Everyone is really friendly and supportive, including senior management. You're also provided with free snacks, decent coffee machines, and canned soft drinks. I've worked at a few IT companies and Deltek has impressed me the most so far, especially with regards to their focus on employee retention. You receive a lot of support from day one, and everybody is keen to help each other out to get results. You really do feel part of a big family at Deltek. As well as the business side, Deltek have programs that provide help in the local communities, which you can get involved with. They also organise regular social events.
