Pros
Supportive atmosphere, dedication to continued growth and learning, really transparent leadership team, "teamwork" mentality, and really generous salaries and compensation.
Cons
The only con is that there are people in different time zones which can make it hard to be as collaborative as possible. But technology is really good at providing tools to help give us everything we need to "work together" while apart.
