Pros
- All of my co-workers are excellent to work with and I am at awe on how constantly I am learning new things to make our work efficient - Very welcoming to new hires, I have received the most extensive training ever upon joining - With thousands of database to look after, I know that I will get better compared to when I was handling a 10 database
Cons
- The shift to 24x7 led to people having to change their work schedules almost with little time to adjust - the 24x7 shift also uncovered that we now lack pair of team members to properly cover the shift. There's several days only one member is covering.
