Everyone and their dog is a VP or Senior Manager/Director and is not empowered to make a decison which generally results in no decision or an endless number of uselss meetings. Have never worked for a company that has such a low morale that continues to decline. Executive Management cannot be trusted and is only concerned about lining own pockets with wealth.
