      Pros

      I'm truly happy at Deltek, since start of my first day they're very welcome. I feel how great the culture and great environment, for more than 4 months staying here at Deltek. It's great company for me, I like the values and great salary, compensation, bonuses, work life balance, celebration for employees, they recognize you and appreciate your work, learn non-stop to polish your skill, opportunities to growth career, I appreciated how they value employees, for me it's great to start your career here at Deltek.

      Good culture and supportive coworkers One thing that stands out is that employees repeatedly talk about the people being collaborative and easy to work with. For CSM teams especially, there are comments about low internal drama and strong teamwork.

      Morale dips after layoffs: Common issue in enterprise SaaS. Remaining employees sometimes inherit extra accounts or responsibilities after reductions. Internal communication can get corporate/vague. Employees sometimes mention leadership messaging during reorganizations feels polished but not fully transparent.
