      Work life balance, professional environment, “nice” team

      Cons

      As soon as you don’t “fit in” you’re out. Management made promises they didn’t keep, lots of talking out of “both sides of their mouth.”Political, growth with company unknown, lots of schmoozing to climb the ladder. Maybe your typical corporate environment, dog eat dog mentality, don’t know who’s really on your side, people take advantage of others and don’t do their jobs.

      Great management of hours and benefits keep me happy. Engaging remote presence

      Salary could be better. Training for some products is non existent and reliance on AI is very high.
