      Pros

      Deltek has a really great onboarding experience. They make sure that you have everything that you need to be successful during onboarding and afterwards as well. The culture is AMAZING, as everyone is supportive and willing to lend a hand when in need. My experience has been nothing short of great.

      Great management of hours and benefits keep me happy. Engaging remote presence

      Salary could be better. Training for some products is non existent and reliance on AI is very high.
