      Pros

      People are friendly. Sales Management are not type-a jerks

      Cons

      Way too much stuff around for airquotes Enablement airquotes . Company is way too middle management heavy. Could cut in half and get same result or better, by being able to lower prices. Micro management culture is pretty heavy. LOTS of turn-over in C level in last couple years.

      Salary could be better. Training for some products is non existent and reliance on AI is very high.
