The higher up managers don’t care about the staff and ignore you anytime you try to bring issues to their attention. Management also don’t know how to use a lot of the programs that are used so if you needed help with anything because of work overflow they simply would not help and say that you just have to get used to it. Also kept take tasks/ jobs from other teams and piling more work onto my team
