The first thing that will hit you is that the role is not only analyst role it's also a grammer/writing role in which every employee will tell you a different way to write things and nothing will be correct. They are 0% interested in your trainings or growth, they just want someone to devote 12-14 hours and then take the blame of poor work also. Managers will only favor to those who are good bootlickers and show off about their work. These are the people who usually stay longer in this company because they have 0 skills and cannot leave. Believe me this company will take away the confidence from you, shame you, even make you feel guilty for taking a leave or a break. Bond is worst part, they can kick you anytime with 15 day notice but you cannot leave by your own. The location is also not safe for women so be thoughtful while accepting the offer.
