Best Management to work with. - Proposal Management Delviom Employee Review

It is a great workplace. All the leaders and Delviom team members are very kind, respectful, supportive, and hardworking. The company values the work we do and has different reward systems to recognize employees who do their best. It is a very peaceful place to work, and everyone is treated equally with no discrimination. I am always happy to be part of this great team. Full-time employees receive paid federal holidays and other benefits, such as medical, dental, vision, disability coverage, PTO hours, and more. Everyone is very responsive, considerate, and supportive.

I have not experienced any cons so far.

1) The job is most likely the least stressful one I had in the past 10 years. 2) The customers are friendly and easy to communicate with them. 3) The actual work performed may be the easiest that I ever experienced.

1) Working in Tysons is not the best place to work with the traffic as it usually takes me ~10-15 minutes to go ~.5 miles down the road just to get on 66 E where I am usually leaving here by 4:30pm on the earlier side of rush hour. Leaving any later adds much more time to my commute. 2) I work in the "Toilet Bowl" building where the air quality is horrific even with 2 air quality enhancers running all the time and one of them is ~10 feet away from my cube.
