      Knowledge of Dutch highly recommended. Poor general organization. General communication not optimal. Very conservative Dutch management. Little recognition of the work. No prospect of evolution. Non-existent training program.

      Good salary , benefits, better for some, worse for others. Management is a fumbling , heels dug in, do not know how to change machine

      I think anyone, after a short time there, would wonder why Terex would give upper management the reins to run this company
