Good, unique plan for sales reps, acting as independent VAR's with 45%+ on software, annuity on support, and ability to sell services. Large customer base for traditional DS1 application
Cons
DS1 application is flat file, so hard to get IT support if they are involved, and R&D is focused on DSX. DSX implementations have issues, new releases buggy. A lot of recent turnover in U.S. sales force.
