Pros

The people I work with. My team and the folks across the organization are some of the brightest and hard working people I've worked with. If I ever run into any issues working on a project or have any questions I know I can reach out for some assistance and my colleagues will have my back. Everyone is always willing to help out or jump on a call, even if they are busy working on their own projects. There is a lot of collaboration, which many may feel the opposite when they think about working remotely, however I feel more connected to my team now then I have in previous positions working in an office. In my experience Management has been great! There is a lot of transparency and candidness about the company's performance and initiatives. Not only is there a willingness, but there is a desire for employee feedback and opinions. There is a lot of experience you can gain. As an agency we get to work with many companies, across many industries, all with unique needs. There are a lot of different projects you work on in many of the industry leading platforms.

Cons

It is a smaller organization so upward mobility can be a challenge. However since it is a smaller organization you are much more visible, so if you show a lot of initiative and drive then opportunity is there.

Pros

Helpful leadership. Organized. Caring. Good benefits. Care about their employees.

Cons

Workload can be a bit much at times and it can be challenging. You will work hard, but you don’t have to look hard to find someone willing to help.

Pros

- Great company with an amazing CEO that cares about his folks. - Still a smaller company with a closer knit group. (Hoping it stays this way as we grow.) - Advancement from within is encouraged and does happen but may take a while as a lot of folks just don't leave very often. We are a loyal group to our company. - Great learning potential if you are willing to ask for and/or accept it - Company does a good job of empowering it employees instead of ruling over them

Cons

- Advancement may take a while as folks tend to stay with the company. - Communication and sharing between departments could be better (both ways / both departments). Think more along the lines of Tips, Tricks, discoveries here... - Learning on the fly without an "expert" to look to does occur sometimes so be prepared to flex your brain muscles. - Working from home is not for everyone. It takes self-discipline to stay motivated and work focused. There is rarely face-to-face meetings and all communications are handled by phone, messenger, and email. If you need the office environment then I would recommend not applying.
