Pros
Pros - High quality professionals - Work-life balance - Great clients - Autonomy - Compensation I've been in the industry for 15 years and have worked at 3 different agencies. DPDX is head and shoulders above the rest. The pay is generous and the benefits are competitive. One perk that is easy to miss but has a huge impact is the unlimited unpaid time off. I use this frequently and it really bridges the gap any time life and my available PTO just don't align. But the main reason I love working at DPDX is the people. I've never had a lower stress job and the reason is that I can always count on my team and company leadership. The quality of the people I work with is unsurpassed. I never have to worry about what we are handing over to our clients. And I am very grateful to have found Chris Bergemann and Scot Johnston (owners - CEO, CIO). They are just good people who have been able to stay grounded over all these years. When I started, I thought everything was too good to be true and the "catch" would show itself. Almost 5 years later and no shoes have dropped! I'm proud to be a part of a company who puts people first (for real) and always supports doing what is ethical for our clients. I can't recommend this place enough - if you have a shot at working here, take it!
