Pros
There are some good people, products are cool. They do offer flexibility in schedules and working from home. Not much more than that.
Cons
There are only a couple people in the company with athourity to make decisions but those people are oblivious to what’s happening in the company. The moral continues to decrease but nothing is done to fix it. The only way employees get promotions is by threatening to quit not by working hard. There is so much dead weight in the company and so many useless employees but it’s pretty much impossible to be fired. The hard working employees continue to leave because they aren’t appreciated. They only care about recruiting the next candidate not taking care of the people they already have.
