Pros
I have been with Dematic for 30 years. I have learned a lot and grown personally and professionally. I have moved up through the ranks from an entry level position in manufacturing to a senior level position in management. There is so much potential for growth in this company for a person that is motivated to pursue their future. I have and will always recommend Dematic to anyone looking for a career. The workplace is very casual and allows for conversation and collaboration. The Benefits are highly competitive.
Cons
I do not have any cons to share. Most of the cons I have read in the other reviews of Dematic are written by disgruntled former employees. Their complaints only showcase their entitlement and seek to sully the outstanding reputation wonderful corporation.
