Lots of seasoned employees with a deep understanding of the industry
Cons
We once were able to get OT as salaried employees but that was removed in favor of larger bonuses. The OT was straight pay and you had to give up the first 10 hours in a 2 week pay period, but you had the potential to earn more than the bonus. Sometimes the OT was more and other times the bonus was more. I preferred the OT thought.
