- fear factor of ROCC on shift due to the amount of pressure they put on you to make any kind of food cost and labour cost as small as physically possible
- told to “ghost cook” to have gains on food cost
- expected to run the business during school holidays and busy days on same hours as term time
- hierarchy have inappropriate relationships with members of staff on all levels
- encouraged to manipulate customer metrics daily
- cheating to make scorecards better is tolerated
- no equipment ever fixed in a timely manner
- training is non existent, have to incorporate that into your labour allowance weekly
- decide the outcomes of disciplinaries before they have taken place
- expected to go to different stores to support a ROCC pass
