      Pros

      Family centered Faith based (but not pushy about it) Incredibly nice people to work with The family who owns it are all amazing people! Volunteer time off Learning sign language through the company Company lunches & coffee Wonderful customer base Great products!

      Cons

      I have not run into any cons yet. I really love the company, culture, and people who work for the company. The products are amazing and I have learned so much about homeschooling!

      Work-life balance is excellent. Reasonable pay, excellent benefits, quality perks.

      Cons

      A large number of remote employees. Connections can be difficult.

      Pros

      Good work/life balance Always time for fun Great coworkers Great benefits Chance to travel Increase salary with COLA

      Cons

      Low pay It’s hard to be promoted within (sometimes you get a title change but no compensation change) I’ve seen family members get promotions without valid experience Although it is not a religious company, you have to be comfortable with religion as there are frequently prayers, talks, etc. Lack in diversity, especially in regards to the leadership team.
