A fully remote company fills with responsible, and genuine people. Management is great and down-to-earth if you contribute ideas to the table. Fast learning and adaption are crucial, as the role and responsiblities are organic and evolve as the company grows.

Working with a small/mid-size company means you have to wear multpiple hats at once. Relatively speaking, it gives you more exposure to learn new things, but it can be stressful from time to time. Pay is average, but opportunities are available if you speak to the right people.

Fully remote company. The people on the senior management team are down-to-earth, kind, genuine people. They make it fun to contribute to their company. They have decades of experience that can learned from :)

My raise was ~3 or 4% after my first year, which I appreciate, but inflation was at ~6 or 7% this year. That's literally the only "con" I can think of... amazing company!! Thank you for the great work environment.
