      Pros

      Suitable work environmental for people with high EQ who can manuever through office politics. Eligible to fly in First class even for domestic travel.

      Cons

      Upper management does not honor promises made and reneged on written contracts. Ever changing corporate priority with no consistent theme. One of the highest turnover rate in the PE industry. The firm experiences 50% turnover in a 3 year period at every staff level from secretary to senior partner. Low staff morale. Employees have no faith and respect for the upper managment.

      Pros

      I normally don't leave reviews but I saw the most recent negative review and figured it was someone with a grudge so wanted to express my thoughts... Pros: Work-life balance, great teams, good communication, opportunities within the company, great bonuses for all positions, good benefits, 4 weeks PTO, cell phone paid, lap top assigned.

      Low morale at the moment.

      Bonus, free snacks, perks and meeting new people

      Cons

      Long hours, No work life balance ( They will promise work life balance but there's NO work life balance ). They expect 24 hr mindset with no paid over time. Everyone eats lunch at their desk, very tense working environment. If you want to feel like you're working in a sweat shop, have anxiety 24/7, be micro managed and be slammed with work than Denham Capital is the place for you.
