If they followed the vision and mission it would be great. Really helped people when the president wasn’t involved.
Cons
Run. Run as fast as you can. Don’t believe a word that comes out of anyone’s mouth. Motivation is only money for anyone left in power. People who really cared about the clients, employees and work were fired, laid off or run out. Nepotism runs strong here. Don’t question the queen or you’ll find yourself beheaded. If you lie, cheat, steal, and treat others like trash to get ahead, you’ll be fine. NOT what they tell clients it’s about sadly. Owner is big on dissing competition but her hands are definitely not clean. She allows harassment, gives preferential “cost of living” increases according to people still there, and has done some shady things which she “doesn’t care about” and “don’t matter” like everything else. She cares about herself and that’s it. Don’t be fooled. She ran off the executive director who was loyal and did a lot for the clients, employees, and company. She’ll do it to everyone.
